"Michele worked harder for us than any Realtor I've ever worked with. She did more to help us—in every way—than anyone else ever has, and we just bought our 5th house. We worked out a tricky negotiation that I was worried we'd never resolve to our satisfaction, but Michele got things to work out between ourselves as buyers and our seller so we were all satisfied. Of course, the dealing came after looking at dozens of houses together, where Michele always had helpful insight relative to the property and was also lots of fun to see houses with. "I was referred to Michele by a friend, he and I were relocating, Michele sold his home within a few days and I really liked everything I heard about his process so after speaking with a ton of agents and trying to list it in my own I chose Michele. She listed the home on Thursday and we were in escrow within a week. Unfortunately after 45 to 50 days our transaction fell out, this was due to bad underwriting at the credit union the buyer was using, during this dark time this is when Michele shined most, keeping her cool she re-listed the home the very next day, and sold within 4 days with an additional 5k to boot.
