Testimonials

Kim Kress has been our realtor on 4 different transactions. Kim found our first home after we were married in 1997 in West Linn, Oregon. She was professional, considerate of our price point and found us the perfect starter home for our family to be. In 2004, we relocated to Boston, MA. and Kim was the first person we called to sell our home. She did so with ease. We spent 5 years in Boston and then moved to Germany with our employers. After 7 1/2 years overseas, the assignment was back to Portland, OR. Again, Kim was our first call. She is a consummate professional that has always listened to what we were looking for. She has serviced as an advisor on market trends and directed us on the best moves with our real estate investments. We value Kim's commitment to excellence through service and advisement. Along the way, we have become good friends and would not hesitate for a minute to reach out to Kim with our real estate needs. In fact, duty calls and we are off to Texas from Lake Oswego, OR. Again, our first call was to Kim Kress to sell our home. We have passed several friends to Kim that also respect and value Kim's knowledge of the marketplace. If you are ever in need of a top-notch realtor in the Portland metro area, do not hesitate to reach out to Kim Kress and her team! Thank you, Dyan K. and Todd K., Lake Oswego OR.
