Our state of the art expansion not only doubles our agent capacity, but provides a dynamic environment for our Realtors to serve our clientele. Additionally, it is our goal to use this multipurpose space for our broker continuing education and training, our weekly round table discussing our clients “haves and wants”, customer education forums, client appreciation events, agent team meetings, and community outreach.
The space comes with the capacity to have meetings for up to 60 guests with five big screen monitors, incredible sound system, wireless microphone, and the ability to have videos and power point presentations displayed effortlessly to each corner of the room. There is also a large outdoor patio with a fire pit for those summer events and overflow.
All said, the primary purpose of the room is to serve our clients, with three large independent big screens, our brokers will be able to write contracts, provide home tours, and present home value reports utilizing our three Dell XP-18 wireless super pad computers. All of this is done while offering our clients a relaxed atmosphere with their choice of a cappuccino, diet coke, IPA, or a glass of cabernet. We look forward to having you as our guest soon.
