We started the New Year off with a bang! It was so great to see almost 100% attendance as we went back to school at The University of Portland on January 4th. We were fortunate to have the nationally acclaimed Terri Sjodin, as our Keynote Speaker. For over 20 years Terri has served as a speaker and consultant to an impressive list of corporations, associations, academic conferences, CEO’s and Members of the U.S. Congress. Terri talked about crafting persuasive presentations, which is part of her latest book titled “Small Message, Big Impact”, which hit the New York Times, USA Today and Wall Street Journal Bestseller Lists. In addition, our Special Guest Speaker, Pat Stone, WFG Title, shared some nuggets that helped him with his success throughout his illustrious career. How lucky were we to get to hear from both of those top-notch sales gurus in one afternoon?! The staff rolled out new platforms and systems to ensure all our agents have the latest and greatest tools to make their lives easier. We continue to invest in training and development, so our agents continue to provide expertise and deliver excellence.
We wrapped up the day with appetizers and drinks refueled for a new year! It was wonderful to have our preferred lender Brian Page, Guild Mortgage join us for the day.
