Corporate Retreat Launches New Tools & Inspires Lofty Goals for 2019

Each year, ELEETE holds a Corporate Retreat where we introduce new tools, technologies, and goals for the new year in order to motivate and maximize the business and efficiency of our Brokers. This year, our company retreat was held at the beautiful Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club.

We rolled out new technology and marketing such as:

  • Folio: Client timeline communication portal
  • Streamlined direct mail postcard production
  • Efficiently tailored Brokermint plans: transaction management task lists
  • Chime Smart Plans: CRM e-mail campaign tool
  • Trimet bus front campaign (see image below)

Two of our top agents, Kevin Salisbury and Dirk Hmura shared their values and blueprints to success. Kevin shared the highlights from his recent trip to meet Larry Kindle, the author and creator of Ninja Selling, for a second time. Dirk reviewed his top ten practices that have led to selling $64 million in 2018.

We also debuted our new ELEETE Listing Presentation Video which highlights our full-service model and how we run as ONE. The video is a tool that enables agents to share our listing process with out of state clients, provides an additional means of describing the process during a listing meeting, or can be used to share details with clients in advance of an upcoming listing appointment.

We finished with an amazing and incredibly motivating guest speaker, Quincy Heard, from the Summit Golf Foundation. The Summit Golf Foundation is a junior golf program that offers underserved youth ages 6 to 19 a chance to learn the wonderful game of golf while also “instilling integrity, confidence, and leadership into their daily lives”. ELEETE was proud to match any donations made by our Brokers to this fabulous foundation.
