Meet Zach Hosford

When Zach and his wife decided to leave California for Portland in 2022, they had a dream of buying a home in a city they barely knew from hundreds of miles away. So as someone with a degree in Applied Statistics from UC Davis, Zach did what came naturally: he built spreadsheets. He compared neighborhoods, tracked sale prices, and studied commute times until the numbers started to tell a story. But the data only got him so far. What really mattered was having someone on the ground who could answer the questions a spreadsheet couldn’t: how a street felt on a Saturday morning, what traffic is like during rush hour, what fair home prices look like.

That experience is why Zach became an agent. Today he brings both halves to every client: sharp market analysis to help you make a confident offer, and the patience of someone who remembers exactly how it feels to buy your first home. He especially loves working with buyers relocating to the area, helping them find not just a house but a place that truly feels like home.
