As Director of Agent Services, Rachael Hosford is passionate about creating the systems, support, and structure that empower real estate professionals to do their best work. With more than seven years of experience in real estate operations, she has built a career around helping agents succeed by streamlining processes, developing high-performing teams, and creating exceptional client and agent experiences.

Throughout her career, Rachael has partnered closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Whether she's refining workflows, launching new programs, or supporting agents through every stage of their business, she is driven by one goal: making it easier for others to focus on what they do best while delivering an elevated experience every step of the way.

Outside of the office, you'll most likely find Rachael exploring Oregon's beautiful hiking trails with her husband and their two four-legged adventure buddies, Buster and Mazie. When she's not on the trail, she loves curling up with a great book by the river, discovering Portland's incredible food scene, or planning her next weekend adventure. She believes the best relationships—both personally and professionally—are built on authenticity, trust, and a genuine love of helping others succeed.
