Meet Nikki Gardner

Nikki is dedicated, experienced, and deeply committed to her clients. Growing up on an Oregon berry farm, Nikki learned early the value of hard work and resourcefulness—qualities that have shaped her 20-year career in real estate.

 

Since 1999, Nikki has been a Portlander and has an in-depth knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods, architecture, and market trends. Clients often remark on her ability to make them feel like they are her only priority, even as she expertly manages multiple transactions. She is known for her honest, strategic approach, helping buyers and sellers navigate today’s complex market with clarity and confidence. Nikki’s expertise makes all the difference in a smooth, successful transaction, from pricing a home for maximum value to ensuring buyers remain competitive.

 

Beyond real estate, Nikki is deeply invested in her community. She is on the PDX Women for Good leadership team, has volunteered for Dove Lewis for 10 years, and has been an Ambassador Board Member for Youth Villages for 5 years. She also takes great joy in supporting her clients outside their transactions—cheering on their children’s sports teams, celebrating their entrepreneurial ventures, and sharing a meal at one of Portland’s renowned restaurants.

 

In her free time, Nikki enjoys golfing, exploring the city’s food scene, and making the most of everything Portland offers. She believes real estate is not just about buying or selling a home—it’s about building lasting relationships, offering expert guidance, and helping her clients.
