Inspired by his father, Lee Davies—a leader in Portland real estate for over 35 years and the founder of ELEETE Real Estate—Michael is proud to be part of the family legacy. Growing up in this environment has given him an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, exceptional client service, and the importance of expert guidance in every transaction.

A lifelong Portland native, Michael has an intimate knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods and what makes each one unique. His passion for the outdoors has taken him across Oregon, from skiing in the Cascades to hiking in the Columbia River Gorge and relaxing on the coast. This love for the region fuels his dedication to helping clients find not just a home, but a community that fits their lifestyle.

Before becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker, Michael built a successful career in media, specializing in branding, strategic advertising, and visual storytelling. As the former Marketing Director at ELEETE Real Estate, he developed a deep understanding of market trends, client engagement, and innovative marketing strategies. With a bachelor’s degree in advertising and a minor in business from the University of Oregon, he brings a well-rounded approach to marketing properties, ensuring buyers and sellers receive top-tier representation and results.
