I was born and raised in New York City and have lived in places as diverse as Nashville, Tennessee, Chicago, Illinois, and Los Angeles, California, before making Portland, Oregon, my home in 1992. I hold a BBA degree in Industrial Relations and have built successful careers in human resources, writing (film, magazine, and technical), acting, and teaching.
My real estate career began in Los Angeles when my daughter Megan was just 9 months old. I quickly learned the industry while balancing motherhood, previewing properties with her in tow, and working with appraisers, home inspectors, and clients. That early start gave me a foundation of resilience, adaptability, and deep commitment to service.
After eight years in California, I convinced my husband that it was time to move our family to Oregon. It was the best decision we ever made, and I embraced my new home with the same passion as any lifelong Oregonian.
With more than 30 years in real estate, I bring integrity, experience, and compassion to everything I do. I consider myself a facilitator—helping others realize their dreams. Buying and selling homes is an emotional process, and my clients know me for my empathetic style, strong negotiation skills, and tireless advocacy. Many of my clients have become lifelong friends.
Beyond my career, I cherish time with my husband of over 40 years, my two children, and my three grandchildren. They keep me grounded, grateful, and inspired every day.
