Meet Kristie LaChance

Kristie LaChance is a University of Oregon graduate with a career shaped by both adventure and experience. After living in Crested Butte, Colorado and Boston, she ultimately chose Portland as home, drawn to its balance of culture, livability, and access to the outdoors.

With more than 20 years of experience in media advertising sales, Kristie brings a strong business foundation to real estate. She is known for her calm, solutions-oriented approach, strong negotiation skills, and unwavering advocacy for her clients—especially when transactions become complex.

Kristie has a deep appreciation for Portland as a “right-size” city, offering vibrant neighborhoods, an exceptional food and wine scene, and easy access to skiing, the coast, and Central Oregon. Her perspective is informed by experience and comparison, making her a trusted guide for clients navigating the market.

Kristie lives in Raleigh Hills with her husband and three children and enjoys skiing, soccer, pickleball, and live music.
