Chris Kuehl

Chris Kuehl is a native Oregonian and comes from a real estate family where buying and selling real estate is a way of life. He was born in raised in Portland and attended the University of Oregon. He has been in the real estate industry since the early 90’s and obtained his Principal Broker license 3 years into the industry. As a kid Chris grew up in the Terra Linda neighborhood and attended Sunset High school. Playing Milltown soccer and roaming the fields around Burton Rd that are now subdivisions were daily practices. As a young real estate agent Chris walked a large majority of the houses that now make up Forest Heights, the Skyline neighborhoods, Thompson Highlands and the Bauer neighborhoods. Along with new construction and land experience Chris also was selling east side Portland properties when it was just taking off, and still does to this day. He prides himself on knowing all the different neighborhoods in the Portland metro and surrounding areas.

Hard work and good ethics have contributed to a consistent rate of success for the goals of his clients. Chris’s experiences are broad and include first time buyers, luxury homes, new construction, raw land, development, older homes, condos, multifamily and everything in between. His experience with the various areas of the real estate market make him a dynamic and highly knowledgeable broker.

Outside of real estate Chris likes to spend time with his family and teenage daughter. He is an avid skier and snowboarder and plays mens league soccer. When not working Chris also enjoys the outdoors and all the Pacific NW has to offer. Cooking, playing drums, watching sports and enjoying the Portland scene are other hobbies Chris enjoys.
