As Director of Operations, Ali Ratoza helps create the structure, support, and consistency that allow real estate professionals to do their best work. A Lake Oswego native and proud mom of two boys, Ali brings both heart and high standards to everything she does. With more than a decade of real estate experience, much of it at Compass on both the agent and corporate sides, she has served as a trusted operational partner to leadership, supported agents in reaching their goals, and led a team focused on the agent experience across Washington and Idaho. Known for optimizing workflows, strengthening team performance, and bringing a thoughtful, polished approach to the business, Ali is passionate about building systems that make people feel supported while helping the organization run at its highest level.
