We really missed having an in person annual retreat for our staff in 2020, Zoom just wasn’t the same. It was a real treat to be able to gather the team at Lee and Lori’s home in Idaho for two days of work and fun. We spent our days reviewing all our platforms and process and planning for exciting updated and improvements to make our agents lives easier. Our afternoons and evens were spent team building with jet ski, paddle boarding, and wake surfing adventures. The team came back excited to launch into new projects:
